Student, Voucher: hosting plan lite

  Hello, I am a student and bought a voucher from my school that states its a hosting plan: Lite. I do not see anywhere where I can insert the voucher code, the only option I get with check out are credits cards, paypal etc. Value of my voucher is 20 euros, which is another issue because I do not see anyplans that are worth 20 euros.

  This is the host WordPress.com. Does the voucher say which company it is actually valid for? It may be meant to be used somewhere else?
