Students can't create accounts in school at the same time

  My 8th graders are trying to create blog accounts in my class and they are getting error messages when they go to sign up. I believe there is a limit on our email domain and IP address. Can this be lifted?

  our email domain is @sisclnyc.com

  our external IP address is 165.155.212.98
