studio press theme change background colour

  Hello,
  I’m using studio press theme ver 1.2 at http://www.dotcomdummy.com

  Can someone tell me how to change the background colour to just plain black without having the cheesy graphics? I can cut and paste the CSS style sheet but it’s on the long side.
