Style Customization

  I purchased the Personal Plan but it does not come with Style Customization. However, I made the same Purchase with another account and the Plan did come with Style Customization.

  The only difference was the account without Style Customization included had 2 sites where the account only had 1 site.

  Is the reason because of the 2 sites?

  Happy to help you with this.

  I think you are referring to Styles, a feature specific to sites using a Site Editing theme. Is that right? If so, Styles is available on sites with our WordPress.com Premium, Business, and Commerce plans (not limited or set by the amount of sites you have in your account).

  It sounds like the difference may be the themes used on the sites. Can you share with me which site you are missing this customization option on and also share a link to the site where you see the customization options you mentioned?

  Please not that if your site’s plan does not support Styles, you can still access the settings but will be prompted to upgrade your plan to save your changes.
