Styling # Of Comments On Post In Sandbox-10

  Is it possible to style the number of comments on a post in Sandbox-10 so that it appears somewhere other than at the bottom with all the other meta information? Like in a box by the title or somewhere? I’ve seen themes that do this, but I don’t know if it’s possible with Sandbox.
