sub category??

I guess I’m just not doing something right. I still can’t get Grooms Cakes to show up on my side bar under wedding cakes. Can you help??

No Category or sub-category will display until there is one published post in the Category or sub-category. Until then there is no data that can be displayed.

Ok I have it on my side bar but NOW how do I put it under Wedding Cakes ?? I want that first. Sorry to be so much trouble.

Category parent – If you want to nest a category within a category, select the parent category. Otherwise leave at None. -

You can create a custom menu and add the dynamic categories pages and sub-categories pages into the custom menu. Then use drag and drop to order them as you wish.

Sounds like a lot of stuff I don’t know how to do. All I wanted was for wedding cake to be the 1st listing under my Categories in my side bar. heading, I guess I’ll leave it like it is. Sorry I’m not much of a “geek” when it comes to computers. Thanks anyway.

All Categories are alphabetically listed unless you create a custom menu in which case you can assign the order you want.
