Sub Domain

  I want to add a sub domain ( blog.nochintz.com) to my website for my wordpress blog , I am currently using wordpress.com do I need to be using wordpress.org ? Also how do I download the wordpress files and upload to my subdomain – can wordpress do that for me ? Will it transfer all historical data , images from my current wordpress blog? Will the theme remain the same?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
