  Hello, I was following a tutorial on You Tube on how to create a word press for free. created an account. I think I started the wrong way. The person giving the tutorial was talking about sub domain, saying they are free. I probably went the wrong way, because now I have to pay 18 dollars, is there a way to fix this, thank you.

  Sure. Go to the cart page and remove the domain. Then just try again and skip the paid domain option, as well as a paid plan (choose free.). You can always upgrade later.

  Ok I emptied the cart, thank you very much for your help.under plan it says free.You mentioned removing domain name. Do I have to redo everything ? Thank you

  No, now that the cart is empty, you’ll be able to continue without needing to pay. :)
