  I need assistance with getting [word-press.239rickywaters.com] to be hosted by WordPress.com.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hi there, first of all, WordPress.com can only accept addresses without hyphens or other special characters.

  If you want to create a WordPress.com site and connect a subdomain of your existing domain, you can follow this guide to do so https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-subdomain/

  Keep in mind that you do need to first create a free WordPress.com website and connecting to a subdomain requires a paid upgrade https://wordpress.com/pricing
