Sub domain of an existing blog

    I have my domain registered with WordPress, Now i wanted to add a subdomain to my existing domain for a new wordpress blog. I added a CNAME for my domain in the Edit DNS option as Alias to my new blog,
    But I am seeing another CNAME which is not editable pointing to *.mydomain as handled by wordpress ,
    Can i modify this ?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    The * CNAME is just a fallback. You don’t need to remove or edit it. Basically, any subdomain that doesn’t have a specific CNAME will use the wildcard (*) CNAME. But anything with a specific CNAME (tech) will use the specified one.

    I just visited tech.ajithp.com and was directed to your other WordPress.com site.
