Hello there,
You may try the following steps:
(1) Create menu items like below:
Home
Asia
Sri Lanka
JapanEurope
Italy
Germany(2) Then you click on the menu items that you wish to make them as sub menu (e.g. Sri Lanka) and drag it to the right and release it.
Or you could use the instruction here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#3-organize-your-menu-and-add-sub-menus-drop-down-menus
Hope this helps. :)

I made some custom links, and created the main menus “Asia, Europe, etc”
Then i made the sub menus using PAGE. So I have Japan, Germany etc. But how do I link one of my post to the sub menu. I only see these attributes in my “Japan” menu
Navigation Label = Japan
Open link in a new tab
Title Attribute
CSS Classes
Link Relationship (XFN)Thank you

May I know do you intend to use the page to hold only one post or multiple posts related to the page title?
I can see your tags are having Kyoto and Tokyo and I see that you have the category as Japan. You can use the Category page instead of a page as your menu item in this case. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
So your menu structure will be like:
Home
Asia (category page)
Sri Lanka (category page sub menu)
Japan (category page sub menu)
Europe
Italy (category page sub menu)
Germany (category page sub menu)Please try out and let me know if you need more help. :)
