sub menu colors
-
Hello. I have a problem with font colors for the sub menu category in the Opti theme. How can I choose a font color that is readable against black background? My site is healingcycles.net and the sub menu is “patients’ resources”
Thank you! -
Hey there,
In order to change your submenu font color, you will need to create a CSS record to set the color which you want.
In order to find out the CSS code which you need to enter, your best resource is the CSS Forums which we have set up for just this purpose! There, all sorts of friendly folks with a passion for CSS come to help each other out with just this type of issue.
You can find the CSS forum right here:

Thank you for your answer! Very helpful. Is there a way that I preview changes before i publish? Also, can i just change the colors for the sub menu? My site is healingcycles.net

Hi there,
There are browser extensions which you can get for your browser which will allow you to change the CSS for your site just for you so that you can see how your site will look before you make any actual changes. I believe that Firebug is one such extension for Firefox, if you happen to use that.
And yes, you should be able to just change your submenu colors using CSS coding, though you’ll need to post to the CSS Forum to double check and get some help!
