sub menu not appearing

  Hi

  I followed this quick easy guide to creating a page that would appear in a drop down menu:

  I created a page just with a title. I then went to appearance/menus and found my new page which I then dropped in to the resources page on our website. I then pressed ‘save menu’.
  When i checked it was not on there. Am I meant to be saving it somewhere else as well?

  Your site is indeed not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company (the one you’re paying for hosting).

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
