Sub-menu page will not show

  The link to the blog at hand is: https://nsoec.wordpress.com/

  The sub-menu page “2015 Ocean Fest Program” that is located under the “2015 Ocean Fest” menu item, will not show. I have a jpg image that is supposed to show on that page, but when you click the sub-menu item, nothing happens and you stay on whichever current page you are on. If anyone has any insight on how to get this page to show I’d greatly appreciate it!

  The page that is supposed to show when you click the sub-menu item “2015 Ocean Fest Program” is located at this URL:

  I just don’t know how to link to it from the menu?
