Sub Menu's Problem

When adding my categories to my menu as parents they all show and it works fine.
However, when I move any of the categories to become a sub menu – I can no longer see the parents that follow the sub. They disappear on the front end menu.
If I move the sub up a level to become a parent again, they reappear.
Also, any parent with a sub displays an arrow but no hover out menu. Instead it puts the sub below the parent in a normal list – thereby I think cutting the rest of the menu off.

Hi there Nikki, I am so sorry you’re experiencing this problem. I was able to recreate the issue on a test blog, so it looks as if this is something that our Theme team is going to have to fix.
