Sub Pages not showing up on Parent Page
-
So I have the parent page of “Our Doulas” and I want the doula bios to show up under this parent page. The bios are marked under “Our Doulas” as the parent, but they don’t show up, either on a dropdown or when you click on “Our Doulas”, it’s just blank. Where are these missing sub-pages??
You can see what I mean here. “Our Doulas” page looks like this:

and you have to search for the bios like this:

Thanks in advance!

You need to go to Appearance>Widgets and add the Pages Widget. The header displays parent pages only, but the widget will display all pages (in the sidebar).

Ok, but I think it would look stupid to have pages listed twice, is there a way to get rid of the header and just have the sidebar? At the very least I want the subpages to be listed in the body of the parent page. So when I click on the parent page in the header it shows the title of that page, then a list of the sub pages below that. Otherwise they just disappear??

– There are only 4 themes that automatically display links to subpages in the parent page itself. In all the rest, you’ll have to add such links yourself.
– If you don’t want header tabs, you can switch to another theme. See here:
