  dear sir help pls me my not have International transaction credit or debit bank card my have one my country bangladesh saving bank account or locally use debit Qpay bank card my bnaks name National bank limit (BD.)

  You either need to verify with your bank if your debit card can be used for online and international transactions or issue a prepaid card. There isn’t any other method available other than the ones referred here:
