  This is what I would like to do. I’m just using recipes as a example.
  a Blog on recipes. Main page has different type of main subjects, chicken, beef, Indian, American, Mexican recipes.
  I click on Mexican recipes and it takes me to all my Mexican recipes. That location has all my Mexican recipes.
  The problem I’m having is I cannot figure out how to do this unless I create a new site for every subtopic like chicken recipes Mexican recipes beef recipes or Indian recipes ect, so every recipe topic has to be a new site or blog. I realize I could probably do this with pages but pages does not allow tags and categories

  Hello,

  In this case creating a post with “Category” will be useful. Categories are used to divide up your content by subjects. So in this way you can get all Mexican recipes at Mexican recipe Category.

  Adding the category part I totally get, but it’s not terribly practical for what I want to do. Let’s say I create a blog about the books that I’m reading. The main page is a picture link of every book I am discussing. I want to be able to create a sub-blog so that when I click on that picture link of that book it goes to a sub-blog, a page or something that has all of my comments about that book. Right now the only way I can figure it out is to create a new site just for that book.
