subcategories on the fly

  Is it possible to add subcatergories on the fly, or do they need to be added via manage>catergories before posting into them?

  I don’t see that you can add subcategories on the fly in the write page. You can add main (parent) categories but not subs.

  you can add them as main categories on the fly then move them into a parent category on the manage page.
