Subcategory dropdown 2010 theme

  I’m trying to create drop down menus for my blog using the 2010 default theme, and while it seems to work for child PAGES, it doesn’t work for child CATEGORIES. Is this a known issue, and is there a work around that doesn’t require the CSS upgrade?

  You have to add the child categories to the menu, arrange them under their parent and indent them like you do a subpage. The custom menu does not automatically add child categories because some may not want them added automatically. This gives you maximum flexibility.
