Subcribers not being notified of new posts.

  I’ve been told by several people who have subscribed to follow my blog that they are not getting email notifications when there is a new posting (not page updates). They’ve checked their email spam filters, just nothing coming through so I’m concerned other “followers” that I don’t personally know aren’t getting notifications either.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Hi there,

  Can you please give me the usernames or email addresses of some of the people who aren’t receiving those email notifications? I can use that to investigate this for you.

  It seems that subscribers have received notifications on the last couple of posts. My apologies for not getting back with you sooner.
