Subcribers transfer!

  Hello,

  I want to transfer my subscribers from http://violetcrush.wordpress.com to http://booksatvioletcrush.com

  I have already installed the Jetpack and activated the Subscription module.
  Any help would be appreciated.

  I have the same need, I need to transfert my likes and followers from youngapron.wordpress.com to youngapron.com

  My jetpack is also configured and linked to my account.
