From the sounds of it you’re talking about a blog hosted external to WP.com, using WordPress software. For that you need to be over at WordPress.org. We won’t be able to help you with that here.

your blog at wordpress is a subdomain.
you can’t have a sub-sub domain, no.
but you can have a domain linked to your wordpress.com blog, or go self hosted and download the wordpress software and tinker with your domain over there. (in that case you would want to be at a different user forum, wordpress.ORG/support)

WOW!
Talk about fast replies. Thanks. I’m pulling my hair out.
So, http://myblogtitle.mydomain.com can’t be done with
wp.com but can be done with wp.org?wp.com has to have wp in the url?
OK, so I downloaded wp from wp.org, how did I end up on wp.com?
Man, this is so confusing.
So if I want to do the above
(http://myblogtitle.mydomain.com) without wp in title,
go with wp.org correct?Ok, so I’ll get rid of wp.com
Do I have to download wp from wp.org? Yes I assume.
Thanks for your help. Any other words of advice?
Greatfully, Trevor

This is the forum for blogs “hosted” on wordpress.com and you are talking about the software you downloaded for another host. You will find the help you need in the other forums:
Thanks,

http://myblogtitle.mydomain.com can be done at WP.com IF you buy the domain upgrade. But what you can’t do, for some reason, is http://mydomain.com/myblogtitle at WP.com, although you apparently CAN with an independent, WP.org blog.

I just want to go with
http://myblogtitle.mydomain.com
So I’m off to wp.org, and hopefully don’t end up back at wp.com.
Thanks again, Trevor
