Subdomain

  Hello,

  I have hosted my domain federicaromanini.com at wordpress.com and would like to install a subdomain ($ 13 per year).

  The Support page ‘Map a Subdomain’ says: Go to the Domains page and
  ‘Add a CNAME record to your domain … ‘ – This is nowhere possible here.

  Or ist this automatically done when I go to:
  ‘Already own a domain?’
  Here I can enter my subdomain, but does it already work (there is no DNS record at this moment)?

  Hi there,

  You need to log in as the username who owns the domain to add a CNAME record to the domain. That domain is owned by the username, federicaromanini, not the username ingova that you’re using to post in this thread.
