  Hi
  I have recently closed my WordPress site but now need to access it to delete old subdomains, how can I do this if I cant get into my old site ? any help would be appreciated.

  Hi
  Thank you for getting in touch, I am referring to neoartglass.com I have recently moved to Shopify but my old pages and subdomains from my WordPress site are still coming up plus I am having constant problems with my new Shopify store,
  with the Domain and SSL, I am not sure the old WordPress site was deleted ptoperly and maybe causing some conflict and would like to go back in to delete content, is this posssible ?

  Hello there,

  What are the WordPress sub-domains your referring to exactly?

  I can’t see that neoartglass.com is associated with WordPress.com – so I suspect there may be some confusion involving another provider and self-hosted WordPress.

  I hope this helps thus far.
