subdomain confusion

  I’m completely locked out of my account – I can’t update any apps, I can’t remove the primary site associated with my account (which doesn’t exist, and because this account thinks it’s in use I can’t make it exist anywhere)! I just need that site removed from my account so I can reset the subdomain.

  The subdomain is blog.sammiewhite.com – it’s attached to a blog on my account that doesn’t seem to exist; I’ve created a second blog and tried to redirect the subdomain to that (from my domain control panel at godaddy) and that doesn’t seem to have worked either. New blog is at sgwhite19.wordress.com.

  http://blog.sammiewhite.com/ is connected to a WIX website and not a WordPress.COM site.
  As it is using the following nameservers:

  ns8.wixdns.net
  ns9.wixdns.net

  If you want your sub-domain to be connected to your WordPress.COM blog/site then please follow this official support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-subdomain/

  NOTE: You will need to upgrade to a paid WordPress plan in order to point that domain to your WordPress.COM site/blog.
