Subdomain from Wix

  I was told by wix to contact wordpress and ask you for the DNS record required to point to my site. (blog.indepthmedia.co)

  I am very confused by these intructions but I am trying to use a subdomain of a site that I purchased with wix to link to a wordpress blog.

  Hi there,
  To map a subdomain from a domain that you purchased elsewhere follow these steps:
  – At your domain registrar you should add a CNAME, something like:
  blog.indepthmedia.co IN CNAME emoceanblog.wordpress.com.
  – Once you have added this CNAME at your registrar (where you bought your domain) go to https://wordpress.com/domains/
  – Click Add domain > Already own a domain? Map it
  – Pay the upgrade to complete the process
  – Be sure to set your new subdomain as your primary domain on the Domains page of your blog.
