subdomain mapping problem (Pls Help!!!!!)

Hello, we have problem on subdomain mapping to wordpress. Our registrar has added a CNAME record to our wordpress blog.
When we map, it says ‘Sorry but has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.’
Can any staff help check our subdomain record to be registered from wordpress server?
can we chat further from my email? (email visible only to moderators and staff)
