Subdomain Names

  Just curious, can you access a subdomain of xx.domain.wordpress.com.

  In this case, I want to create another “side” of my blog (essentially a mirror of my current blog, but completely in Spanish) and would prefer es.culturequote.wordpress.com or something of the sort. I have noticed that if I type that into the html of the browser, my original blog pops up. Is it possible to have a double dot subdomain with wordpress.com, or must I first buy a domain?

  Also, I would appreciate any recommendations if that is not possible.
