Subdomains are disappearing from Business Plan

    I’m creating subdomains in the Edit DNS tab of the my-domains site, but they are disappearing.

    But not all of them!

    I’ve built a webserver (ubuntu 14.04 up to date) and have Apache2 running successfully.

    A couple of the subdomains have remained, but I created two yesterday that disappeared overnight.

    I recreated them, but only one remains. The other – http://ftp.pearg.com – disappears every time I create it.

    I am creating them as A records. To the best of my knowledge, this shouldn’t be an issue.

    Can anyone explain why the subdomains are disappearing. Also, how can I adjust the TTL?

    Or for that matter, just tell me what the TTL is? From what I can see, it seems to be set at the max for whatever reason. It’s 2015 – can we get the default TTL at 300 pls?
