Subfolders under main account
-
I have a blog in WordPress under rosalynandroy.com where I write about our travels. I’ve started putting out a separate themed post every Wednesday called Wacky Wonderful Wednesday s and on Friday I now put on out that is for caregivers for Alzheimers. My question is , is it possible for me to have a sub-folder under the rosalynandroy.com like /WWW and /Alzheimers and if so could I create a separate header graphic for each one. is there a cost for this and would they all just share the same amount of storage I have? Thanks , Rosal
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Rosal,
For posts, it isn’t possible to setup subdirectories under your main site. This can be done for pages in the form of child pages, but not for posts. The best option I can think about here would be to use category pages to separate out your Wacky Wonderful Wednesday and Caregivers for Alzheimers posts:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
The posts would then live at the following URL:
http://rosalynandroy.com/category/wacky-wonderful-wednesday
The “wacky-wonderful-wednesday” portion of that URL would depend on what you named the post category.
With this setup, it would not be possible to create unique header images for each post category, but the posts would take advantage of the storage you have on rosalynandroy.com already.

Thank you very much for your very helpful reply. One more question, I have an upgraded account currently. Could I create two more free accounts for the others? Thanks! Rosalyn

Of course! You can add free blogs to your account following the instructions here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-new-site to-an-existing-account
Then, you could separate out the content onto different URLs (caregiversforalzheimers.wordpress.com for example).
