  Is there a way to change the font colour of the sub header? It’s not showing up very well.

  Hey kimmeroo,

  As you use the free WordPress.com plan, you can only choose any of the built-in color palettes. To change the color of any specific item, you require adding a Custom CSS which is only possible if you have at least a Premium plan.

  So for now, you can go to Customize>>Colors and Backgrounds and try using the color palettes.
