  Dear WordPress Support,

  I am experiencing a critical issue with my website, which is displaying a completely blank white page with no information. I have identified and resolved an issue with the domain, but my website still shows the white screen.

  Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

  I noticed that your site loads when visited without using “www” at t-reg.academy, but the “www” version (www.t-reg.academy) is not loading.

  To resolve this, you can either enable WordPress.com name servers by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/change-name-servers/#changing-name-servers-to-point-to-word-press-com, or log in to your DNS settings in AWS and add the following CNAME record:

  Type: CNAME
  Host (or Name): www
  Value: @ (or t-reg.academy)
