When you say that you’d like to “redo all the contents including names,” how far would you like your redo to go? You may be able to simply start over.

The authors have deleted this site.Deleted blog URLs are not recycled regardless of who registered them and deleted them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
However, you can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.

P.S. Unless you do have a backup of the content in the blog you deleted then you will have to create it from scratch.
