Submenu/drop-down menus on mobile

    This is what I have for the website drop-down menus. They work perfectly on PC.

    However, on the mobile version, they don’t appear as drop-down menus:

    I tried playing around with the navigation bar, nesting them, and searching for CSS customization, and yet I couldn’t find any solution to resolve this issue.

    How can I make the mobile version also have drop-downs instead of listing everything?
