Submenu / Dropdown menu for Apostrophe 2 misaligned

Hi.
So I wanted to make submenus for my page but when I do the “main” menu misaligns and idk why coz i dont change any css coding but just added the submenu under customize > menus > reorder. Its just that after the arrow down symbol/icon appears it just misaligns. Is it just my browser doing that (using google chrome Version 98.0.4758.82 (Official Build) (64-bit)) or am i doing anything wrong or do i need to make any other specific changes to fix it?

Hi there,
This is happening because you have the base font for your site set to Small. Menu items with a submenu are slightly higher than menu items without, because of the arrow that gets added, and with smaller font sizes this impacts the layout as it’s harder to compensate for the difference.
It’s possible to correct this using some custom CSS code on our Premium Plan, but if I may share some feedback: I find the current text on your site way too small to read. And I’m looking at your site on a big HD monitor with excellent contrast. To use your site comfortably I’d need to zoom in on my browser to around 140%.
Granted, I’m in my forties and wear glasses, but I can use these forums comfortably without needing to zoom in, so chances are a large number of visitors to your site will struggle same as me the way you currently have things styled.
So I’d recommend you set the base font size to Normal instead – that will make your site easier for visitors to use, while also resolving that slight misalignment in the menu :)
