Submenu in Mobile website does not stay

  Hi team,
  I have created a Site https://mytechnoupdates.com, in that I have created Menu and Submenu, So when I click on Submenu, in mobile it does not stay, it get skip as the user will not able to click submenu. So please help is there any settings.
