Submenu on iPad.

  submenu not working on iPad when I am signed in as administrator. Blog=testguessand go.com. Under menu of About Other Authors, submenu of About Sue does not work. If I am not signed in, it works. On desktop, it works both when I’m signed in and when I’m not.

  Could you try to go to https://testguessandgo.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=mobile-options and set ‘Enable mobile theme’ to ‘No’ and see if this helps?

  Your theme is already responsive so it will automatically scale on a mobile device. That’s why you don’t need to enable the Mobile Theme.

  I set enable mobile to “no”.

  If I am signed in as Administrator, The submenu is still not working on my iPad. On my iPhone, if I select the Parent Menu of “about other authors” it takes me to a blank page saying I wasn’t connected to the server. But if I quickly click on About Sue while it’s visible, it will take me to the page.

  Once again, if I am not signed in as Admin, it works correctly.

  I’ve changed your menu and made sure the ‘About other authors’ item doesn’t go to a blank page.

  If that doesn’t resolve the issue, try clearing your browser cookies/history: http://ipad.about.com/od/ipad_basics/ss/How-To-Clear-Cookies-And-Web-History-In-The-iPad-Safari-Browser.htm

  Whatever you did made the problem worse. Now I can’t get that part of the menu to work at all whether I’m signed in or not. This is on my iPad.

  At least before it worked for anyone not signed in as admin. Now it doesn’t work and doesn’t show the submenu. Please undo whatever you did . As long as it works for everyone but me, I can live with that.

  I am only talking about the About Other Authors with the sub menu About Sue.

  Actually I just figured out that the menu and submenu work fine when I am in portrait mode on my iPad and signed in. But it does not work when I am signed in as Admin in landscape mode.

  So I assume it is an iPad glitch.

  I put the “#” back in the URL for the Parent Menu Item “About Other Authors and it works fine now.

  In summary, the menu/submenu works fine except when I am signed in as Admin and using my iPad in Landscape mode.
