Submenu pages and Categories SYNCHRONIZING after POLYLANG plug in

    Hi!
    Currently editing a website on WordPress using the Colibri Kubio editors and recently installed the Polylang plugin to translate my pages. Initially, everything was working fine, could edit the translated pages separately, but now, don’t know why, all my categories are synchronizing together, so when I make changes to one, they appear on all others(exept the original language pages and categories). I’ve already unchecked the synchronization settings in Polylang, but the issue still persists.
    Can you help me fix this problem, maybe know what’s causing it?
    Also, if it changes anything, along with submenu pages are synchronizing pages, which had products formatted as posts in them, all synchronize after editing one of th esubmenu pages, what to do? HELP!

    The only sites I see on your @canvapro2222s WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    That site is not enabled to use plugins, but you can add that ability by upgrading to our Business Plan.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
