Hi there, I took a quick look at your site and I think I see what you are describing when I have my browser window set to where one of the menu items that is on the right edge has submenu items.

This is a complex issue to fix in the theme, but I am going to file a ticket on it with our Theme team and let them look at it and discuss it.

I do have some suggestions on lessening this issue though.

Beadens menu item: Move Mid Beadens out one level so it is on the same level as Early Beadens.

Family Stories menu item: Move John Antony’s and Annie’s Story to the same level as Kathleen’s

The Various Branches menu item: Move Apperleys to the same level as The Smiths

You can also try moving the Contact menu item to the right end, which may help a bit as well since there aren’t any submenus on the Links to Movies and Images menu item – at least right now.

The above recommendations seem logical to me. Let us know your thoughts and perhaps try this to see how things work. It will probably still not be completely fixed, but could be better.

So sorry for the delay in replying to your kind response to my query. My associated email address was not forwarding on emails as set up. Another issue!!

I solved the menu problem however. I am very much a novice at this and help is not always clear to me. But with much pondering, I eventually found that whilst in menus, selecting the arrows on the right, (instead of drag and drop,) had a dramatic effect bringing all subs vertically inline, under and to the right of their respective main menu.

Now, when viewed, all subs drop down vertically, as is logical, instead of to the side and off the screen, as is not logical -Joy.

So much time puzzling (for so many different things), and so simple when you know how.

But thank you for your response
