Submenus in Oxygen theme

  I have created my top menus (blue) as Pages and my side menu (black) through Menu.

  For my primary menu at the top, I do not want the top level menus to be clickable. That is, when the top-level menu items are clicked or the mouse pointer is hovered on them, I just want the submenus to be shown like usual but that again the top level menu cannot be clicked.

  I’ve seen this post, but I do not see any links related to my Pages and cannot remove the URL it refers to.

  Any suggestions?
