Submenus Not working

Hello,
I have been using the Matala Theme and have created a custom menu, with sub menus, however everytime I try to add another sub menu when I save, it remains on the main header. For example the Giving Back tab is supposed to be a sub menu of my projects. Any ideas why this is happening?

You must drag it below the top-level item, drag it to the right, save. See here:

On the custom menu page, make sure that in the theme locations primary menu pulldown you have selected your custom menu.

Thats what I have done but when I save the “Giving Back” reverts to a top level item.

Did you drag so that it appears like on the link Panos (panaghiotisadam) gave you? In other words, under Appearance > Themes, it should look like this:

. . . Giving Back
```
and not like this

. Giving Back
```

Yes I set it like:
. My Projects
. . . Giving Back

But when I save it goes back to:
. My Projects
. Giving Back

Is ther anywhere else I can get help for this problem?
