  I created a submission form on my site and did not receive any notifications once the form was filled out, then I deleted it and tried the WPForms widget. Is there any plugin included in my subscription that allows me to create a submission form and receive notifications once one is submitted? Or can you please instruct me how to receive the notifications from the submission form?
