Submit a request asking to update my payment currency to INR

    Hi,

    I am located in India but the plan pricing is shown in USD. I tried all the settings but I can’t find the currency settings. 

    Please help me change this as I need to purchase a plan and start working on it as soon as possible.

    Hi Tanu,

    WordPress.com doesn’t have a setting to manually change the billing currency. The currency shown for plans is determined automatically based on your location and billing details, and in some regions (including India) prices may still appear in USD.

    You can still purchase a plan using an Indian debit or credit card. Any currency conversion or additional charges (such as GST) are typically applied by the bank or card provider, rather than being controlled from the WordPress.com side.

    If the pricing page consistently shows USD even after signing in, that’s expected behaviour for many users and shouldn’t prevent you from completing the purchase.
