submit email to redirect to anther page

    I am looking for a plug-in or website that can help me place an email opt-in on just one page. Once a visitor enters their email address, I want them to be redirected to another wp post that I have created. I would also like the notification of an email being entered to go to my gmail account. I do have MailChimp though if that is the only way to collect emails. Thanks.
