Submit Message is blank page

    Hi, I have built a form in Formidable Forms Lite. Although I checked the Show Message box upon submit, when a user hits the submit button, the message does not show, but instead, there is a blank page. Help?

    I have built a form in Formidable Forms Lite

    Could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with? I wasn’t able to see it on this account. If you are using our service and you have Formidable, you have a Business plan. That plan comes with live chat support, so you’ll just want to log out, log into the correct account, then click on Help again.

    If you aren’t using our Business or E-Commerce plans, you probably have a free copy of WordPress that’s hosted somewhere else. These forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com. If you need help with an individual WordPress installation you’re running with another host, you’ll want to use the correct forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
