submitted payment to renew domain?

  Hi, I submitted a ‘reoccurring subscription’ through Paypal to auto renew domain mapping. Paypal shows the payment went through but WordPress is still giving me the ‘domain about to expire’ message and doesn’t show it as a recent purchase. It has been 2 days since I made the payment.

  Hi,
  If this hasn’t been resolved, add “modlook” to the tags section of this forum thread to let a staff member know you need assistance.

  Hi there,

  Your mapping for the domain, kristinag.com, has been renewed, but it looks like there was an error with the automatic renewal so a member of our payments team had done it for you manually. This was done on the 15th.

  Where do you still see the message that it’s expiring? Can you please try clearing your browser cache and check if the message is still there?

  Let me know if you need more help with this.

  Thanks–it is all set now! The auto-renew option looks like it’s still off but now the expiration date is for 2017.

  You should be able to add payment details on the Purchases page and activate auto-renew when you do.

  I also notice auto-renew is disabled for your other domain mapping as well, so you might want to add payment details for that upgrade while you’re busy :)
