Submitting a theme to WORDPRESS.COM

  How must a theme be to be used by wordpress.com users? And how do i submit it to wordpress.com?

  I understand it need’s to be valid xhtml 1.0 transitional and valid 2.1 css anything else?

  No: WordPress.com does not consider any themes that are not GPL licensed.

  @RainCoaster: I understand that. I will create the themes and i’d like them to be used by wordpress.com users that would be all. I would create everything from graphics to xhtml / css to the php.
