Submitting my Feed to Yahoo
-
I am submitting my feed to Yahoo. What do I need to place at the end of my site’s URL to submit my feed in Yahoo? I have attempted to find the answer to this question, but have not been successful.
Submit Site Feed
Enter the full URL of the site feed you would like to submit:
Please include the http:// prefix (for example, http://www.yahoo.com).
You can provide us a feed in the following supported formats. We do recognize files with a .gz extension as compressed files and will decompress them before parsing.
* RSS 0.9, RSS 1.0 or RSS 2.0, for example, CNN Top Stories
* Sitemaps, as documented on http://www.sitemaps.org
* Atom 0.3, Atom 1.0, for example, Yahoo! Search Blog
* A text file containing a list of URLs, each URL at the start of a new line. The filename of the URL list file must be urllist.txt; for a compressed file the name must be urllist.txt.gz. -

You’re welcome. Remember that the feed still works, even if we don’t get the numbers broken out anymore. So it’s not that you’d lose readers.

How did you get the rss and bookmark thingies on your sidebar? I went to that site and it was javascript. Or do we make a clickable image?

The code is included in the thread for the social bookmarking icon and for the rss feedreader choice icon. :) -
Thanks! It worked. Now I somehow destroyed my site or something is wrong with the theme. ~ sends in feedback ~

WOAH! You’re not kidding. I just left you a welcome back comment and it looks like a lot of badges that should be in the sidebar are in the blogging space. It also looks like the right hand sidebar has slipped and fallen.

Hey, my site is back to normal and also at the same second Andy emailed me back. That’s what I get by touching things. I have to resize a bit a few things on my sidebar by 10 pixels too.
