Submitting podcast to iTunes; RSS not validating

  Hi, I need help. Here are 2 things I don’t know.
  1. Where to find my RSS feed for the podcast.
  2. Whether or not the feed is always accurate.

  I submitted my link to the feed validator prior to submitting to iTunes after iTunes rejected my podcast submission.
